Our Breath Series offers a gentle pathway into the inner stillness that lives beneath the movements of the breath. Practice unfolds progressively — from settling the body, to refining awareness of the breath, to resting within the quiet depth of meditative presence itself.
These live breath immersions are open to anyone drawn to deepen their relationship with the breath, they offer a space for both new and returning practitioners to cultivate direct experience. Focus is on allowing the breath’s innate intelligence to guide the process rather than effort or technique.
As practice unfolds, the breath reveals itself as a quiet threshold, inviting awareness toward a depth of presence that does not need to be sought, only entered.

Foundations Breath Series
This level invites a return to the breath’s original ground — the place where effort softens and the body begins to remember its natural rhythm.
Here the work is simple, yet profound. As the breath settles into its innate intelligence, the nervous system unwinds, awareness deepens, and the subtle field of prana begins to move in quieter harmony. What first appears as relaxation gradually reveals itself as something deeper: a growing intimacy with the inner currents of life.
In this way, Foundations is not a beginning but a returning — a reorientation toward the natural breath and the stillness quietly present beneath it.
Advanced Breath Series
At this level, the breath is no longer approached as something to restore, but as a living doorway into subtler dimensions of being.
Practice turns inward. The movements of prana grow more refined, perception becomes more spacious, and awareness begins to rest within the quiet thresholds of the breath itself. Here the still point begins to reveal its depth — not as an experience to reach, but as a field of presence into which consciousness gently settles.
Advanced practice becomes a quiet dwelling within this inner landscape, where breath, awareness, and the deeper ground of the Self begin to move as one.
Entering the Field of Practice
These live online immersions create a shared field of practice in which the breath may be encountered not as technique, but as living presence. Gathered in quiet attention, practitioners enter a process of gentle refinement, allowing the breath to reveal the subtler movements of prana and the stillness from which it arises.
Whether newly arriving or continuing along the path, each series draws from the contemplative roots of Eastern breath meditation, supporting a gradual return to the inner silence that lives beneath the breath itself.
Approval for 6 Yoga Alliance and IAYT CEUs
All classes will be live on Zoom.
Each breath class begins with a sitting breath awareness practice followed by a group breath session facilitated in reclining posture.
Repeat as often as you like
Due to the progressive nature of Restorative Breathwork, you can repeat any series as often as you like. No two breath series are ever the same.
Approved for Yoga Alliance and IAYT CEU’s
Each series is eligible for 6 CE hours with Yoga Alliance and 6 CE hours with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
