Restorative Breathwork Series 
We do not offer refunds following the first class. After the first class of the series, all payments are non-refundable, whether you attend the first class or not.

Restorative Breathwork Masterclasses
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 24 hours of the purchase, contact [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund. We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 24 hours following the initial purchase. After 24 hours of initial purchase, all payments are non-refundable.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 7 days of the purchase, contact [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund. We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the initial purchase. After 7 days of initial purchase, all payments are non-refundable.

We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the training start date. After 7 days of the training start date, all payments are non-refundable

Restorative Breathwork Facilitator Certificate Training & Advanced Facilitator Certificate Training
In In the event that you decide one of these programs was not the right decision, within 14 days of the first module release, contact [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund. You will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee and $200 for each live class attended in the 14 day window. We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days following the initial module release. After 14 days of the first module release, all payments are non-refundable.

Private Sessions 
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. If you cancel after that time, you will be charged the full fee for your scheduled session. If you are running late for the session, please notify Kathleen before the scheduled appointment. If you are a no-show after 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule.

Private Mentoring With Kathleen Barratt
We do not offer refunds following the first mentor session. If you choose to withdraw from this program before its completion, you will receive credit for sessions not attended minus a $200 administrative fee. This credit will expire 6 months from the withdraw date.

The Wisdom Series
In the event that you decide this program was not the right decision, within 7 days of the first live class, contact [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund. You will receive a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee. We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the first live class. After 7 days of the first live class, all payments are non-refundable.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan regardless of whether you complete the program.
