If you determine that the series is not the right fit, you may request a refund prior to the start of the first class by contacting [email protected].
Once the first class has begun, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance.
Breath, A Gateway to Stillness On-Demand Course
If you determine that this course is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected].
Refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after purchase cannot be accommodated. After this time, all payments are non-refundable.
Restorative Breathwork Foundations Facilitator Training
If you determine that this program is not the right fit, you may request a refund at any time prior to receiving access to the training platform.
Once access to Module One has been provided, a 7-day refund window begins. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the Module One release by contacting [email protected].
A full refund will be issued minus a $100 administrative fee.

Private SessionsĀ
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
If you are running late, please notify Kathleen prior to your scheduled appointment time. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will need to be rescheduled.
Private Mentoring With Kathleen Barratt
Refunds are not available after the first mentoring session of the 8-session package.
If you choose to withdraw from or pause the program, a credit will be issued for any unused sessions, minus a $200 administrative fee.
This credit must be used within 4 months of the withdrawal or pause date.

Payment Plans
If you have selected a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of participation or completion of the program.
