Breath: A Gateway to Stillness
Rooted in the ancient teachings of yoga, this introductory course explores the subtle breath as a bridge to inner stillness and sacred awareness. Beneath the surface of daily life lies a quiet current—a still point within—holding the keys to healing, insight, and transformation. This course invites you to cultivate a deeply personal breath practice that nourishes the soul, supports energetic renewal, and lays the foundation for both personal awakening and professional self-care.

"Having been in the health and fitness industry for nearly thirty years, I have taken many courses for my professional licenses and certification requirements to improve my skills and advance my education. I know first-hand how difficult online classes can be both as a facilitator as well as a participant. I recently completed Kathleen Barratt's Restorative Breathwork Foundations Course and found it to be very well organized, professional, and informational. Her progression of the material was clear and logical. Her passion was very apparent throughout the course, as she was excited and helpful to her students. The material in this course will help me improve my skills in teaching meditation, relaxation, and breathing techniques both in one-on-one clinical sessions as well as in a group atmosphere. This was a refreshing course and I would recommend it to any Yoga Teacher or Health Professional."

"My relationship with Kathleen began in the early 1990s at a group breathwork session, and I have kept my heart close to her ever since. Her profound insights have provided me with impactful emotional and spiritual growth through her breath immersions, private sessions, and training programs. I honor her as one of my spiritual teachers and am always elated when my students work with her, as I know that they are taking their yoga practice and life to a deeper level."

"After having been in the healing field as a nurse, and having received energy work from powerful healers, plus psychotherapy, I was surprised to find that Restorative Breathwork allowed me to have the most direct experience with the energy that is the giver of life. Kathleen is an experienced guide who is very wise, powerful, present, and sensitive. Her work alone has been the one force that has instigated my most dramatic spiritual learning."
