These three-week series are for students at all levels. They offer a pathway to finding true inner stillness, that silent space of being that awakens the quiet presence of the True Self. Breath sequences focus on awakening the innate intelligence of the breath. Emphasis is on unleashing the breath's vast potential to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit.
