Restorative Breathwork® Foundations Facilitator Immersion Weekends
Return to the Experience of the Breath
The Foundations curriculum may be complete, but our relationship with the breath continues to deepen.
As part of our upcoming Restorative Breathwork® Foundations Facilitator Training, we're opening the live Immersion Weekends to graduates of the program. Rather than repeating the curriculum, you'll step back into an experiential learning environment—practicing alongside a new class of students while deepening your own relationship with the breath and refining your facilitation skills.
Practicing together in this way creates a richness for everyone. As a graduate, you'll continue to deepen your own experience while offering the quiet confidence that comes from having walked this path before. At the same time, newer students benefit from practicing alongside experienced facilitators, creating a learning environment enriched by both fresh discovery and lived experience.
Attend in person in Norfolk, Virginia, or participate by live stream from wherever you are.
 A Personal Invitation
The breath has a remarkable way of meeting us exactly where we are. Even when the practices remain the same, each return reveals something new—a deeper experience of stillness, greater presence, and a renewed connection to the innate wisdom of the breath.
With that in mind, I'd like to extend a special invitation to those who have completed our Foundations Facilitator Training.
