Restorative Breathwork® Foundations Alumni Immersion Weekends
Return to the Experience of the Breath
The Foundations curriculum may be complete, but our relationship with the breath continues to deepen.
These experiential Immersion Weekends are offered exclusively for Restorative Breathwork® Foundations alumni, providing an opportunity to reconnect with the breath, deepen your practice, and experience the richness of practicing together in community.
Whether you join us for one weekend or all three, you'll be immersed in guided breathwork, meditation, contemplative inquiry, partner practice, and the subtle dimensions of the breath in a supportive learning environment.
Attend in person in Norfolk, Virginia, or participate by live stream from wherever you are.
 A Personal Invitation
The breath has a remarkable way of meeting us exactly where we are. Even when the practices remain the same, each return reveals something new—a deeper experience of stillness, greater presence, and a renewed connection to our inner being.
With that in mind, I'd like to extend a special invitation to our Foundations alumni.

could teach us more than all the philosophies of the world."  —Lama GovindaÂ
