The Restorative Breathwork Series offers a sequential process of moving into stillness: first the body, then the breath, then the mind, and then emptying into the deep inner silence of meditation. In this stillness, one awakens to a presence of consciousness that resides deep within—awake, fully Self-aware, and resting in the heart of the Divine.
Each breath class begins with a sitting breath awareness practice followed by a an informal lecture and a group breath session. All group sessions will be facilitated in reclining posture.
All classes will be live on Zoom. Audio recordings of the breath sessions are available upon request. Program includes Ebook.
Repeat as often as you like
Due to the progressive nature of Restorative Breathwork, you can repeat any series as often as you like. No two breath series are ever the same. Whether you are new to Restorative Breathwork or an experienced student, the breath always meets you where you are, inviting you to dive deeper into its mystery.

Each series is eligible for 4 CE hours with Yoga Alliance and 4 CE hours with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
